How do you apply a wrist strengthener?

1. Insert your thumb through the thumb loop so that the Push Sports logo is legible.
2. Turn the reinforcer via the palm to the outside of the hand, over the back of the hand and again across the front and fasten the Velcro.
3. Remove the loop from the thumb and close this strap on the Velcro on the back of the hand.
