Delivery information
Delivery time and dispatch
Orders placed on weekdays before 9:00 PM are dispatched the same day. We do our best to deliver your order the next business day. Orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday. If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will inform you promptly and ship available items in advance. Partial deliveries are sent at no extra cost as soon as all products are available.
Shipping methods
KS Medical Group works with reputable carriers (such as PostNL and DHL) to deliver your order safely and swiftly. After dispatch you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. Delivery is made to your specified address (home or practice) or to a nearby pick-up point. Please note: we do not have a physical store — collection on-site is not possible.

Shipping & return policy
Shipping
KS Medical Group ensures smooth and careful dispatch. Orders placed on weekdays before 9:00 PM are shipped the same day. After dispatch you will always receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code. All products are packaged securely so that your items arrive undamaged and hygienically.
Returns
As a consumer you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (right of withdrawal). After registration you have a further 14 days to send the product back.
Free returns on orders above € 69 (excl. VAT) within the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders below this amount or from abroad, return costs are at the customer's expense.
Conditions: Unused, in original packaging. Sterile or hygienically sealed products may only be returned if the seal is intact.
Refund within 5–7 business days of receipt, and no later than 14 days as required by law.

Medical devices (MDR) explained
What is the MDR?
MDR stands for Medical Device Regulation (EU Regulation 2017/745), in force since May 2021. The MDR increases the safety, quality and traceability of medical devices across the EU.
Stricter safety requirements: Extensive testing and documentation to demonstrate safety and efficacy.
Transparency and traceability: Each device receives a unique UDI number and is registered in the European database EUDAMED.
Lifecycle oversight: Post-market surveillance and mandatory incident reporting.

We guarantee that all medical devices in our range are MDR-compliant — bearing CE marking, with instructions for use in the relevant language and all required documentation. As a distributor we ensure correct storage and transport so that quality is maintained right up to delivery.
