How do you apply the brace?

• Put on the brace. The heel part of the brace should fit snugly on the heel of the foot.
• Pull the foot towards you so that the foot is at a 90 degree angle.
  Then tension the dotted band and close it.
• Take the wide elastic band and wrap the band behind the lower leg to the front, diagonally over the instep, then under the foot and via the outside of the foot to the inside of the ankle
