There are various wounds that need proper care. We have dozens of products for various wounds for this purpose.
Wounds do not always heal in the desired time. When a wound heals properly it has experienced peaceful healing, where proper wound care is crucial.
Wound care after the first phase
The first phase is the moment when the wound responds to the desire to heal. First, the wound will start to bleed after which it will also stop bleeding. Clotting causes bleeding to stop and vasoconstriction occurs. In wounds that are slightly larger, the wound will dry and a scab will form.
Due to the injury, lymphatic vessels that drain fluid are no longer in good condition, causing swelling and symptoms of inflammation to occur. Wound care starts with taking the right nutrients, such as proteins and vitamins.
Wound care promotes healing
By using products during wound care, the healing process can be accelerated and the vulnerable healing processes remain in good condition.
Without proper care, a wound can take years to heal. With effective wound care, this process can also take several weeks or months depending on the size of the wound.
