How do you put on the Push Sports knee brace?

Open the two Velcro closures.

• Pull the brace over the knee until the pad closes around your kneecap.
  It is important that the pad fits snugly around the kneecap for proper support.
  Make sure the bottom edge of the brace does not fold inward.
• Close the top Velcro closure so that you feel a pleasant pressure around the thigh.
• Close the bottom Velcro closure so that you have a pleasant pressure under the knee
