Cold therapy:

Operation: Local pain relief, counteracts swelling

Application: Acute inflammation of joints and muscles, blunt injuries, bruises, insect bites and toothache

Usage: Place in the freezer compartment or freezer for approx. 2 hours before use

Heat therapy:

Operation: Stimulates local blood circulation and has a relaxing effect

Application: Muscle pain, back pain and menstrual complaints

Usage: Before use, 2 min. at 600 W in the microwave or 4 min. at max 80°C put hot water

Please note: Intended for external use only. Always place a towel between the compress and the skin. Do not use for longer than 20 minutes, take a 30 minute break in between. A doctor should always be consulted in case of disorders of the heart, circulation and diabetes. Never use on children under 3 years of age, persons in need of care, the sick or persons sensitive to heat and cold. Never use a damaged compress. Keep out of reach of children.
