From light pressure bandages to powerful pressure bandages with an extensibility of up to 180%. The bandages have a durable stretch and can distribute the pressure well in the area in question. In addition, our pressure bandages can easily be adjusted in shape after they have been applied. Nevertheless, our range of pressure bandages is characterized by air permeability, skin-friendly, wear-resistant and pleasant skin color variations.

Compression therapy with pressure bandages

Compression therapy is the application of counter pressure in the edema area by means of bandaging or wearing a non-elastic bandage. The applied external pressure increases the tension in the tissues. As a result, fluid outflow from those tissues decreases and the absorption of lymph by the lymph capillaries increases.

The tissues are also brought closer together, bringing the superficial and deeper lymphatic systems closer together. This improves the function of the lymphatic system in the edema area.
