Use cohesive bandage as support bandage

The Hartmann cohesive bandage is a self-adhesive bandage that you can apply to twists, sprains and bruises of a joint or ligament. Cohesive bandages have the ability to adhere to themselves, but will not stick to body hair or skin. This way you can secure the bandage to the injured body part without using plasters or other adhesive materials. Our Pütter-Haft is breathable and therefore the skin will not soften or break because any moisture under the bandage cannot escape. The cohesive stretch bandage is free of latex and is not sterile. You can sterilize the bandage by autoclaving it at 134°C. The width of our cohesive support bandages varies from 6 cm to 20 cm, so that a suitable size is available for the different body parts.
