When do you use the Push Sports ankle brace Kicx?

• To prevent recurring ankle sprains
• For ankle instability

Applying the Brace

• Open the three Velcro closures and pull the brace over the foot.
The heel part of the brace should fit snugly on the heel of the foot. Check whether the entire elastic base fits neatly onto the foot and is not twisted.

• Place the foot at 90 degrees and bring the reinforcement on the inside of the ankle into position behind the ankle bone by tensioning the strap with one blue marking line and closing it.
  Please note: this reinforcement must not touch the ankle bone
• Then tension the strap with the two blue marking lines and close it.
• Close the elastic band around the ankle, creating a comfortable pressure around the ankle joint.
